Embrace Church at Montverde is seeking a spiritually mature Christian to lead the youth ministry (7th-12th grades) and direct the children's ministry (K-6th grades) of our church under the direction of the senior pastor. This is a part-time position (12-15 hours per week).

Duties and Qualifications:

• Coordinate and lead all aspects of the youth and children's ministry of ECM.
• Recruit, develop and deploy new volunteers for these ministries.
• Reach out to and evangelize unchurched children and youth in the community.
• Plan, organize, train and supervise program and event volunteers.
• Provide discipleship and evangelism through the teaching of the Word of God during Sunday School, Children's Church and any other meetings where teaching would be expected.
• High school diploma or GED, vibrant Christian experience and evidence of maturity in handling the Scriptures. Some education/training beyond high school preferred.
• Must become a member of Embrace Church at Montverde.
• Understanding of and willingness to serve within the doctrinal commitments of the Baptist Faith & Message 2000
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• A lifestyle congruent with the biblical requirements for leaders.
• Background check required.
