First Baptist Church of Dayton, Tennessee is prayerfully seeking a full-time Youth & Children's Director! Our church is in a beautiful and historic town, and we have a strong presence in our community. First Baptist Church Dayton is within walking distance from Bryan College (a Christian College) and Chattanooga State Dayton Campus. We also are home to great fishing, hiking, many other outdoor activities, and a wonderful community!
We are a conservative Southern Baptist Church that adheres to the Baptist Faith and Message 2000.
We are looking for someone to minister to our youth and children through the study of God's Word and prayer, and modeling Christlikeness. The right candidate will also be part of and concerned with church growth in every area.
We are praying for a man after God's own heart! The youth minister we are looking for has a heart for evangelism, discipleship, unity in the church, and a heart for youth and children!
Seminary Degree is preferred, but not required. We would love to have someone that would consider long-term in our church family. Salary commensurate with education and experience.
