Belmont Baptist Church is seeking a full-time Youth Director for students in grades 6-12. The role involves leading relational discipleship through small groups, developing a strategic curriculum, and partnering with parents to foster spiritual growth within families. The director will build relationships with students, promote outreach, mentor volunteers, and cultivate a missional vision to engage with local schools. The ideal candidate is self-motivated, collaborative, and passionate about reaching the next generation for Christ. Some theological education and 3-5 years of experience preferred.

Applicant Requirements: Although this list is not comprehensive, you must:

• Profess a genuine Christian testimony and character.

• Be available Monday through Thursday from 9:00 AM to 5:00 PM.

• Be able to lift and/or move up to 25 pounds.

Compensation & Benefits:

• 40 hours per week with comparable pay
