Youth Director

Job Overview

At Christ Community Church, we believe that young people aren't just the future of the Church but are the Church now. We are a growing, passionate, multicultural church in Southeastern Massachusetts with a desire to be a beacon of hope in our city, and with a mission to connect people with Jesus in a life-changing way.

We are seeking to add a full-time Youth Director to our very fun staff team who wants to invest in our community, and who we can intentionally invest in for the future.

The role of the Youth Director will be to draw, engage, and invest in middle school and high school students inside and outside of the church. The Youth Director will oversee a passionate team of volunteers, and partner with parents/guardians to cultivate the spiritual growth and development of students (6th-12th grades).

Our current youth ministry serves approximately 125 middle school and high school students and their families, with a wide range of socio-economic, faith stages, and cultural backgrounds.

We call ourselves "Radical Youth" because of the new, radical way of life Jesus modeled for us: a life of radical selflessness, radical devotion, and radical love. Our desire is to lead students to total life transformation in Christ.
