Carry out the youth ministry with the underlying philosophy being the mission of the church, "Making Disciples", so that members of the body are being taught with all wisdom in order to present everyone complete in Christ as referenced in Colossians 1:28.

• Plan, coordinate, participate, and supervise programs and activities including: Bible studies, (using Pastor approved curriculum), trips, camps, retreats, conferences, fund raisers and community/mission projects.
• Recruit volunteers.
• Teach when necessary.
• Attend family, school, and community activities when possible.
• Be available to the youth for counseling.
• Plan and implement parental involvement within the youth ministry.
• Encourage the youth to participate in worship services.
• Plan and direct "Youth Sunday".
• Attend staff meetings.
• Inform the church of all youth activities.
• Maintain and keep a current file of all programs, activities, and events which have been developed as part of this ministry.
• Youth programs primarily take place on Sunday mornings, Sunday evenings and Wednesday evenings. Special church events may take place at other times.

Details of the responsibilities as the Youth Director will be determined in coordination with the Pastor.
