Fraley Memorial Baptist Church in Gastonia, N.C. is seeking a part-time youth ministry director/pastor. We are a growing congregation whose purpose is to lead individuals into a dynamic relationship with Jesus and help propel them forward in their spiritual journey. We are devoted to fostering spiritual development, building a sense of community, and equipping our members to impact the world with the transformative love and teachings of Jesus Christ. The youth ministry director / pastor will lead youth ministry in all aspects. We are SBC affiliated and in agreement with the Baptist Faith and Message 2000 with an average worship attendance of 120+.
