Rutledge Baptist Church, located in Rutledge, GA. and Morgan County is seeking to hire a part-time Youth Director. This position requires Sunday morning and evening responsibilities and occasional Wednesday's (this could change based upon the new hire). RBC is a small, but healthy, rural church that averages 75-90 on Sunday mornings. We are looking for someone that understands it's a part-time job but with a heart that loves students, is organized, consistent with expectations and follow-through, and willing to prayerfully work to grow the ministry. The church staff includes a pastor, associate pastor and music minister, and a secretary. We are also looking to hire a part-time youth director.
