FBC Hemphill – Pastor of Youth and Families

First Baptist Church Hemphill is seeking our next Pastor of Youth and Families. This position partners with the Senior Pastor and church staff to lead and grow all aspects of youth and family ministry.

Key responsibilities include:

• Developing and discipling students and families into fully devoted followers of Jesus.
• Leading weekly youth and children's gatherings (Sundays and Wednesdays).
• Planning and coordinating special events such as 5th Quarters, D-Now, and summer camps.
• Equipping and supporting a strong team of youth and family ministry volunteers.
• Assisting staff and leadership in strengthening small groups through curriculum, scheduling, and leadership training.
