Aberdeen Baptist Church is looking for a prospective part-time youth leader to work with our church youth group. This position will require that the youth leader be on campus at Aberdeen Baptist Church two days a week, each Sunday, and Wednesday. The primary age group that the youth worker will be teaching and interacting with will be grades 6-12, but there will also be some involvement with grades 2-5 as well. There will also be the expectation of occasional youth outings from time to time as well. This position can be filled by either male or female candidates. The position will pay $200.00 a week, with additional pay available for youth outings and activities.

In addition, all candidates must believe:

• The Bible is the inspired, inerrant Word of God.
• God is three-in-one, Father, Son, and Holy Spirit.
• Jesus Christ is the Son of God and Son of Man.
• There are two genders, male and female, both created in God's image.
• All of mankind are sinners in need of a Savior.
• Jesus Christ died and resurrected to provide forgiveness of sins and a new life in God's Kingdom.
• All must believe in Jesus Christ to be saved. Once truly saved, always saved.
• Baptism is the first step of obedience to follow Christ, but does not itself save.
• On all additional doctrine, we are in full agreement with the Baptist Faith and Message 2000. We do not hold to a full Calvinist doctrinal position.
