Youth Leader – Part Time

Job Description:

Responsibilities

• Planning and leading 3-4 weeks of "youth group" meetings each month (we take that last week off for "family saver")
• Meet with students regularly outside of Sunday morning
• Identifying potential student leaders and developing their leadership potential
• Recruiting parental involvement
• Planning and leading yearly summer activities including Camp Elevate and Kulaqua
• Assisting with bi-annual mission trip to serve alongside ministry partners in Guatemala
• Identifying and implementing ways to multiply youth group participation
• Assisting with local service opportunities working alongside our local ministry partner — Hope for North Brevard

Position Qualifications:

Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree
• Enrolled in Masters level program
• Exemplary personal walk and devotion to Christ
• Background Check required
• Relational ministry commitment

Hours: 10/week

Salary: $500/month
