Job Description:

CapeFaith Church in beautiful Osterville, MA, is seeking a dynamic and dedicated Youth Pastor / A.V. Director to join our team. This dual-role position requires a passionate leader who can inspire and mentor our youth while managing the church's audio-visual needs.

Responsibilities:

Youth Pastor:

Develop and implement engaging programs for middle and high school students.Lead weekly youth group meetings, Bible studies, and special events.Provide spiritual guidance and mentorship to young people.Foster a welcoming and inclusive environment for all youth.Collaborate with parents and church leadership to support the youth ministry.

A.V. Director:

Oversee the setup, operation, and maintenance of all audio-visual equipment.Coordinate and manage live-streaming of services and events.Train and supervise A.V. volunteers.Ensure high-quality sound and video production during services.Troubleshoot and resolve any technical issues promptly.

Qualifications:

A strong commitment to Christian faith and values.Experience in youth ministry and a passion for working with young people.Proficiency with audio-visual equipment and software.Excellent organizational and communication skills.Ability to work collaboratively and adapt to a flexible schedule.

Compensation:

$40,000

30hrs a week
