The Youth Minister will have a solid, biblical approach to teaching. He will lead and teach our Wednesday evening youth group. He will plan, prepare, and oversee the full scope of regular youth activities, including camp, retreats, and occasional fundraisers. He will be expected to connect with our youth outside of the church setting as well as networking with other area churches. In general, he will be expected to fully assimilate to active participation in the life of Blue Lake Baptist Church.

We are in very close proximity to the Baptist University of Florida for someone wishing to further their education in preparation for vocational ministry.
