Required Tasks

Maintenance superintendent

  1. Maintenance and Repairs:
    • Fix plumbing issues (e.g., leaking faucets, clogged drains, broken pipes).
    • Perform electrical repairs (e.g., replacing light fixtures, repairing outlets).
    • Address HVAC issues, such as cleaning filters or troubleshooting heating and cooling problems.
    • Patch drywall, paint walls, and repair or replace flooring.
    • Inspect and repair roofing, gutters, and other exterior features.

  1. Facility Inspections and Upkeep:
  • Conduct routine inspections to identify maintenance needs.
  • Ensure compliance with safety standards and building codes.
