Youth Ministry Director

SUMMARY OF POSITION:

The Youth Ministry Director will oversee all youth ministries, activities, and discipleship. Part-time; 15 hours per week; $15,000 per year

SPECIFIC RESPONSIBILITIES

• Lead and oversee youth programs (such as weekly Bible study, weekly Sunday morning class, weekly youth group, annual retreats, and annual mission trips and/or camps).
• Recruit, train, and equip new ministry leaders and volunteers.
• Coordinate with CPC's security team to ensure the safety of the students and volunteers.
• Manage regular communication efforts with students and parents.
• Manage and maintain Planning Center lists of students and parents.
• Empower and equip parents to disciple their kids.
• Attend weekly staff meetings
