Community Christian Alliance Church (CCAC; www.ccalliance.com) is a multi-generational church in the San Fernando Valley of Los Angeles. We are looking for a youth pastor who eagerly desires to shepherd the high school and junior high school ministry of our church. This is a part-time -or- full-time position. We are a mid-size church and have about 40-50 youth. We are looking for a candidate that aspires to the office of pastor/elder (1 Tim 3:1) and has been affirmed to have the character of a pastor/elder (1 Tim 3:1-7; Titus 1:5-9). • Oversee and lead the junior high and high school ministry;

• Disciple and train both the youth staff and the youth;

• Partner with parents to help them disciple their children;

• Partner with the Children's Ministry Director, and any other ministries as the need arises;

• Fulfill responsibilities as an elder of the church.
