The RoleAs our Youth Pastor/Director, you'll pioneer meaningful youth ministry in our beach community, building deep relationships with students and families while leading a dedicated volunteer team. We emphasize quality over quantity, authentic relationships over endless activities, and whole-family discipleship integrated into our broader church community.

The Ideal CandidateWe're looking for someone who:

• Demonstrates a genuine passion for working with middle and high school students
• Committed to the mission and beliefs of Nags Head Church
• Shows creativity in building programs that create lasting spiritual impact
• Excels at developing and leading volunteer teams
• A bachelor's degree in theology, youth ministry, biblical studies, or similar fields is preferred, but not required
• Has a proven track record in youth ministry (3+ years experience)

• $58,000 – $64,000 Salary plus 10% Retirement, Medical Insurance, Dental Insurance, Life Insurance, 3 Weeks of PTO (becomes 5 weeks in your second year), 7 Holidays, Family Leave (birth/adoption/foster), and more.
