FBC Holton, KS is seeking a full-time Youth Pastor to provide leadership and care to our church’s youth ministry. The Youth Pastor will be responsible for fostering spiritual growth, planning, and leading activities, and providing guidance to young people in our church. The successful candidate is a committed Christian who is passionate about helping young people grow in their faith.

Job Description

Youth Pastor Duties and Responsibilities • Develop, implement, and oversee youth ministry programming, including weekly meetings, retreats, and service projects • Lead and teach youth group meetings and Bible studies • Mentor and disciple young people • Seek to build relationships with parents and other adults to ensure youth are involved in healthy and meaningful activities • Provide pastoral care and support to youth and their families • Create and maintain relationships with outside organizations and individuals to facilitate programs • Develop and manage the youth ministry budget
