Currently seeking a bi-vocational Youth Director. Candidate must be a believer, growing in their faith. Must meet the qualifications of 1 Timothy 3:1–7 and must be in agreement with the Baptist Faith & Message 2000.

Job duties include directing and organizing volunteer youth leadership, life groups, and Wednesday night worship activities for ages 6th – 12th grade. Plan and organize youth ministry, summer camp and kids camp. Plan and organize youth activities and events, be involved with local youth events and activities. Communicate regularly with the church office, including secretary and pastor about ministry events. Coordinate with church staff and youth leadership about evangelistic opportunities to reach families of students attending youth, ministry events and attend monthly church staff meetings. Must be faithful to personal Bible study and growth.

This position includes pay of $300 per week, (3) paid weeks of vacation time, a personal church office to be utilized for ministry planning and counseling, and living quarters: a 3 bedroom 2 bath parsonage.
