Job Description

Our Youth Pastor will:

• Run a vibrant and exciting Youth Ministry because following Jesus isn't boring
• Provide opportunities and events that encourage students to connect
• Creatively and compellingly communicate God's Word
• Encourage and facilitate students to use their own gifts and skills serving throughout the church
• Execute mission trips for the purpose of evangelism and spiritual growth
• Recruit and equip volunteers who catch their vision and are invested in students
• Have a desire to engage with students both churched and unchurched
• Participate in staff meetings, service planning, and church services/events
• Be an ex-officio member of the Deacon Board
• Be responsible to and supportive of Lead Pastor/Deacon Board

Salary: $50,000 – $62,000
