Grassy Pond Baptist Church, located in Gaffney, SC, is actively seeking a full-time Minister of Youth to serve as the spiritual leader for our youth congregation. We are in search of a dedicated youth pastor who can administer the ordinances, address the spiritual needs of both current and prospective youth members, guide young individuals toward Christ, and impart biblical teachings. Our church is affiliated with the Southern Baptist Convention. The general job description encompasses the coordination and direction of youth programs, including activities on Sunday and Wednesday evenings. Responsibilities also include managing the budget, facilitating youth visitations, and planning and participating in youth fellowships, mission trips, and retreats. Additionally, the role involves assisting the pastor as needed in various capacities, such as worship services, visitations, and participation in church committees and councils.
