Step Into the Mission
At Harvest Chapel, we believe church should be a life-giving community where people encounter Jesus, find family, and discover purpose. As a growing, multi-generational Assemblies of God congregation in Sandwich, Illinois (just west of Chicago), we welcome over 1,500 people every Sunday—and we're passionately committed to the next generation.
As our full-time Youth Pastor, you'll lead students (grades 6–12) into spiritual transformation through weekly gatherings, small groups, events, and leadership development. You'll step into a thriving ministry with momentum—100+ students weekly and a strong foundation of over 30 committed volunteer leaders. You'll report to the Next Gen Pastor and serve as a key architect in our discipleship movement.
This isn't just a job—it's an opportunity to love, nurture, and empower students as they grow into fully devoted followers of Christ.
