The primary responsibilities of the Youth Director include:
1.) To lead the youth ministry towards the purpose of glorifying God by pursuing the Christ-life (character, love and wisdom of Christ) and engaging the world.
2.) Oversee and implement programs that will disciple students to worship, grow, serve, invest and prepare them for life and challenges that face them.
3.) Recruit, equip, develop and empower adult lay leaders who will invest in the next generation of disciple-makers by building Christ-centered relationships with them modeling an authentic Christian life worth imitating.
We support the youth director with dedicated youth leaders within an active growing multi-generational Church. Collectively, we desire to enhance the spiritual walk and life of our youth.
