Redwood Valley Community Church is a vibrant, theology-grounded, and relationship-focused community nestled in the picturesque landscape of California’s wine country. With a congregation ranging between 250 to 300 attendees on Sunday mornings, our church embodies a warm and welcoming atmosphere. Our annual Vacation Bible School sees over 100 dedicated volunteers serving approximately 160 children, fostering a nurturing environment for spiritual growth. Committed to our local community, we allocate 20% of our budget towards supporting and collaborating with nearby ministries.
Thanks to the Lord’s provision, we are financial stable, maintaining a debt-free status and a balanced budget. Recently, we completed a new 12,000 sq ft. building primarily utilized by our youth and children’s programs. Guided by our Senior Pastor, Kevin McDougall, a graduate of DTS and our faithful leader since 1999, we are excited to welcome an Associate Pastor into our fellowship who shares our passion for serving and loving the Lord. willingness to lead worship are advantageous.
Job Description
We are seeking an individual to lead ministries for Junior High, High School, and college students. We are looking for someone who is deeply passionate about the Lord and the Word of God, possessing the skills to teach, lead, and organize effectively to nurture students’ growth in their relationship with Jesus. Additionally, there are opportunities to preach in the main services 6-10 times a year to gain more experience. We are in search of a man whose strengths lie in leadership, teaching, and organizational skills. Prior experience and a willingness to lead worship are advantageous.
