The Youth Pastor is responsible for leading and nurturing the spiritual growth of the church's youth (middle – high school) fostering a welcoming and engaging environment for young members. Additionally, this role includes managing the church's social media presence to enhance outreach and engagement.

Job Description

Primary Responsibilities

• Youth Ministry Leadership (85%)

o Develop and implement programs that encourage spiritual growth among youth

group. 25%

o Organize and lead Bible studies, retreats, and community service projects. 15%

o Provide mentorship and counseling to youth members (one on one). 15%

o Recruit, train, and oversee volunteers for youth ministry activities. 10%

o Collaborate with Senior Pastor and church leadership to align youth programs

with the church's mission. Attend all Christian Education meetings. 20%

• Social Media Management (15%)

o Create and curate engaging content for the church's social media platforms.

o Manage social media accounts, ensuring consistent and meaningful interaction.

o Promote youth activities through digital outreach.

o Coordinate with church staff to maintain a unified digital communication

strategy.

Qualifications

• A strong personal faith and commitment to Christian values.

• Bachelor's degree in theology, Ministry, Communications, or a related field.

• 2+ years of experience in youth ministry.

• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
