Virginia Fellowship Church (VFC) is a non-denominational church and is seeking two positions. A Full-Time Youth Pastor and a Part-Time Children’s pastor or director. VFC is located in Sterling, VA, which is in Northern Virginia.

Job Description

Youth Pastor (Timothy Ministry, 6-12th grade)

• Oversee the Timothy Ministry
• Preach on Sunday’s
• Oversee the teachers and student leaders.
• Care for the spiritual lives of the students.
• Lead Friday night meetings and outings/events.
• Plan and execute summer and winter retreats.
• Attend weekly staff meetings.
• Work together with the staff.
• Reports to Senior Pastor.

Children’s Director or Pastor (Promise Land Ministry, 1-5th grade)

• Oversee the Promise Land ministry
• Preach on Sunday’s
• Plan and execute annual events (VBS and Fall Festival).
• Oversee the teachers.
• Care for the spiritual lives of the children.
• Attend weekly staff meetings.
• Work together with the staff.
• Reports to Senior Pastor and the Education Pastor.
