Responsibilities:

• Support Crosswind Church by being present at Sunday services, events and attending and/or hosting a homegroup.
• Plan & lead weekly student gatherings during the school year that includes but not limited to games, worship, teaching and small groups.
• Implement discipleship strategy for spiritual growth for students grade 6th – 12th.
• Build community with student by being present in their lives by attending school events, athletic events, plays, pageants, and other community events.
• Partner with parents/guardians to support both a teenager's faith and future.
• Offer clear & consistent communication with parents/guardians about all things student ministry, including events, teaching topics and opportunities to serve.
• Plan and execute special events during the calendar year to develop shared experiences.
• Develop and maintain an annual ministry budget.
• Collaborate with church staff to align student ministry into the overall mission & vision of Crosswind Church.
• Work directly with Crosswind Kids' Director to ensure smooth transitions and continuity within the family ministries of Crosswind Church.
