At First Baptist Bronson, we believe the small details make a big impact. We're looking for an Administrative Assistant who is passionate about serving others, staying organized, and helping the church love our community well.
The Administrative Assistant will often be the first point of contact for members, guests, and the community, helping create a warm, Christ-centered environment while ensuring administrative tasks are handled with excellence.
Key ResponsibilitiesOversee day-to-day office operations and administrative tasksGreet and assist members, visitors, and callers with professionalism and warmthMaintain financial records and assist with bookkeeping using QuickBooksPrepare correspondence, reports, and church communicationsCoordinate schedules, meetings, and ministry eventsMaintain organized filing systems and church recordsProvide administrative support to church staff and ministry leaders
QualificationsProficiency in QuickBooks (required)Strong organizational and multitasking skillsExcellent interpersonal and customer service abilitiesClear written and verbal communication skillsHigh attention to detail and ability to maintain confidentialityPrior administrative or office experience preferred
