The Adult Education Minister provides spiritual, educational, and administrativeleadership for the church's adult Christian education ministry. This minister developsbiblically sound opportunities that help adults understand Scripture, grow spiritually,build meaningful Christian relationships, serve Christ, and make disciples. Theminister provides oversight for adult Sunday School, Bible studies, curriculum, teacherdevelopment, and adult ministry programming.
Working in partnership with the Senior Pastor and church leadership, the AdultEducation Minister develops and leads a comprehensive adult education ministry thatis biblically grounded, ministry-focused, and aligned with the church's mission, vision,and doctrine as expressed in the Baptist Faith and Message.
The ideal candidate will have a passion for teaching and discipleship, a heart forpeople, strong leadership abilities, and a desire to equip others to grow and serve.
