Adult Ministry Director (Women) – Wexford, Full-time
Orchard Hill Church is looking for a full-time Adult Ministry Director to lead our Women's Groups Ministry at our Wexford campus. This is a full-time position that offers a competitive salary and benefits. Located in the greater Pittsburgh area, Orchard Hill is a multi-site, non-denominational church looking to add to our existing adult ministry team at our Wexford campus.

Qualifications Required

Relevant degree or equivalent ministry experience

Authentic relationship with God

Heart for outreach ministry

Passion for discipleship through Groups

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills

Ability to work collaboratively with various teams

Strong organizational skills

Comfortable working in a large church

Willingness to initiate with women at a high capacity

Strong work ethic
Primary Responsibilities
-
Build a welcoming community for women to get connected

Connect women into new or existing groups
-
Look to help start new Women's Groups
-
Recruit new Women's Group Leaders

Oversee existing Women's Groups and cultivate Group Leader relationships

Provide spiritual guidance and care to women of the church

Recruit, train, and lead volunteers and ministry teams

Collaborate with adult ministry team members during outreach events

Continue to grow and develop in area of ministry

Available to work weekend service hours (Saturdays & Sundays)
