Position SummaryWe are seeking a full-time Christian Education Ministry Pastor to shepherd our Youth Ministry and equip leaders in Children’s and Small Group ministries. The primary focus is building and discipling a small, close-knit youth group. Secondary responsibilities include overseeing curriculum for Children’s Ministry, Small Groups, and leadership training.

Qualifications

• Clear passion and vision for youth ministry

• MDiv from a Reformed seminary

• Minimum 2 years of ministry experience (part- or full-time)

• Strong relational skills with youth and parents

• Positive, engaging demeanor

• Understanding of youth culture with ability to address secular narratives biblically

• Ability to counsel youth through common life challenges

• Strong organizational and event-planning skills

• Self-starter who works well independently and in teams

• Experience in an Asian American cultural context is a plus

Compensation & Benefits

• $50k–$75k annually commensurate with experience

• Plus health and fringe benefits.
