Assistant Pastor

OverviewA committed leader with a love for Jesus, passion for discipleship, edification, and expansion ofthe kingdom of God through the local church, a zeal for prayer and the Great Commission hereand abroad. A minister who can relate well with adults and young people for encouragementand equipping in ministry.

Responsibilities• Work alongside the Senior Pastor in carrying out the ministries of preaching, pastoralcare, and leadership development• Support and help execute the vision of the church• Help manage and lead the everyday ministries of the church• Coordinate activities and facilitate church staff under the authority of the Senior Pastor• Take a lead role in the spiritual formation and discipleship of the members of the church• Work alongside the Youth and/or children's ministry leaders

Requirements• At least a Bachelor's degree in Theological Education, Masters on Divinity preferred• 2 years of experience in leading small groups (Bible Study, youth, children's ministry)• Proficient in communications and shows favor in working in teams of diverse ethnicities• Lifestyle congruent with biblical requirements• Calling to pastoral ministry
