Job Overview
Bath Road Baptist Church (BRBC) in Kingston Ontario is prayerfully and actively looking to call an Associate Pastor to enhance the leadership of the church. At BRBC we are a growing church of over 150 weekly attendants, committed to the doctrines of grace. From children to seniors, we have a diverse multicultural congregation with a unifying love for Christ and for one another. We have enjoyed the ministry of our current associate pastor over the past few years, but with his recent call to serve as Lead Pastor at another church we are now seeking to add an undershepherd who can serve our congregation. Our current Senior Pastor is gifted in preaching and leadership, and the Associate Pastor will support him by enhancing our current ministries and building up others. This is a complementary role to the Senior Pastor and the Elders at BRBC. We see a number of opportunities for growth and improvement where the Associate Pastor could contribute: Children and Youth Ministry, Discipleship, Counselling, and Music Ministry. The right man will be gifted in one or more of these areas and will be aligned with our vision of church and ministry.
