• Meet the biblical qualifications of an elder found in 1 Timothy 3 and Titus 1
• Trust and Discretion

Competency

• Emphasis: Discipleship and Assimilation
  • Establish a discipleship pathway
  • Coordinate Faith Training (i.e. Adult Sunday School)
  • Coordinate small groups
  • Select, equip and empower volunteers in ministry areas.
• Teach a Sunday School class
• Lead a small group
• Conduct pastoral counseling as needed
• Preach 20% (Subject to change)
• Pastoral visitations
• Funerals/Weddings as assigned
• Attend Deacon Meetings
• Oversee Missions Team
• Any further duties as assigned by the Lead Pastor
