Harmony Baptist Church of Monroe, Georgia is seeking a full-time Associate Pastor. We are a growing multi-generational church in Northeast Central Georgia, not far from Athens and Atlanta. We currently have an average service attendance of 175 and growing; our region is one of the fastest growing residential areas in the state! This position requires assisting the pastor in the various ministries of the church.
Minimum Qualifications:
Calling & Education– Called and Gifted by God to serve as a Pastor– Bachelor's Degree or Higher from a Bible college or seminary
Experience & Desired Skills– Ministry experience required– Experience in planning music for services and leading worship preferred but not required– Familiarity with ProPresenter and Planning Center– Able to use and communicate through modern platforms such as email, text, Microsoft, and Google programs.
Personal Walk– Profess and have a strong personal relationship with Jesus Christ as Lord & Savior– Affirm the Bible and agree with the Baptist Faith & Message (2000)
