In this role, you will • Oversee all NextGen Ministries • Serve as Associate Pastor • Develop Ministry Teams: build and train teams to effectively disciple students and young adults. • Serve as an Engaging Communicator: teach biblical truth with clarity and relevance. • Collaborate: share life and ministry with the staff, ministry teams, parents, and the church family. • Lead with Cultural Awareness and Sensitivity: honor the diverse cultures and backgrounds in The Bridge. You do not need to be bilingual, but must lead with cultural understanding. • Prioritize Relationships: build teams and lead ministries with an emphasis on people over programs.

NextGen Ministries A. Oversee Middle School, High School, and Young Adult. B. Lead and grow vibrant middle and high school ministries focused on discipleship, outreach, and purposeful fun. C. Develop leaders within each ministry area. D. Organize regular gatherings and events. E. Lead opportunities to serve in the church, community, and cross-cultural mission trips. F. Reach new students and families, maintaining a welcoming environment. G. Develop ministries to parents and families. H. Pastor students and young adults in both English and Spanish ministries. I. Help fulfill the vision of The Bridge to grow younger and reach wider.
Associate Pastor A. Collaborate in planning events, outreaches, and all-church gatherings. B. Participate in strategic decision-making. C. Offer pastoral care, counseling, and support as needed. D. Share in preaching responsibilities as needed, teaching expository, gospel-centered sermons. E. Assist in all-church events and initiatives. F. Contribute to weekly staff meetings. G. Manage areas of church budget with transparency and integrity.
