We are seeking an Associate Pastor of Discipleship and Outreach who is a professing and practicing Christian and a minister of the Lord Jesus Christ, willing to serve the entire fellowship of First Baptist Church of Long Beach and our community. He should have experienced a call of God to the Gospel Ministry and should feel a definite leading of the Holy Spirit to serve at FBCLB. The person in this position is responsible for developing, leading, and overseeing all discipleship programs. He will also lead the church in evangelistic efforts and community outreach.
