This position will work closely with, and reports to the Senior Pastor and Personnel Committee and will play an important role in helping children, youth, families, volunteers, and church members grow in their relationship with Jesus Christ. The Associate Pastor will provide leadership, encouragement, training, and organization to develop ministries that are Christ-centered, Biblically grounded, welcoming, and effective.
