Associate Pastor of Students and Families

Ebenezer Baptist Church of Cordova, South Carolina is currently seeking an Associate Pastor of Students and Families.

Cordova is a small, rural community approximately an hour from Columbia, SC and 75 minutes from Charleston, SC. Ebenezer is a multi-generational church with an average attendance of 100. We are located in a great location for student ministry as we are within one mile of the primary and high schools, and also close to the elementary and middle schools. For someone willing to work this ministry and get involved in the schools, there is great potential for a strong, vibrant Student and Family ministry.

We are offering this as a Full-Time Pastoral position. The Associate Pastor will be responsible for overseeing all aspects of Student Ministries K-12 coordinating, directing, and evaluating the ministries to youth, children, and their families.

Applicant Requirements:

Demonstrate a personal and growing relationship with Jesus Christ. Called to this specific ministry with a heart for youth and children. A teachable spirit. In agreement with and will support "The Baptist Faith and Message" of 2000. Submit to a criminal background check. Bachelor's degree preferred. In addition to ministering to Students and Families, the Associate Pastor will have Pastoral Care responsibilities and assisting the Senior Pastor.
