• Seeking a pastor-musician who values worship and family ministry• Plans and leads weekly worship services• Works with pastors to connect worship themes with sermons• Oversees audio/visual needs for smooth services• Supports ministries for children, students, families, and adults Key Responsibilities & Qualifications

• Comfortable using social media for communication and ministry• Is committed to urban ministry and community outreach• Actively engages with groups using our campus, including:o Child Enrichment Center (Our day care program)o Girl Scoutso Y-Careo First Responder Ministryo EZBeds4U

• Passionate about serving both the church family and the surrounding community• Able to build relationships, lead volunteers, and work as part of a team• Aligns with Southern Baptist beliefs and mission• College degree and/or seminary preferred• Preferred previous experience, but not required
