This position will serve as a key leader in overseeing and nurturing the spiritual growth of youth at Mt. Elon Baptist Church. This role is designed with a focus on two primary areas: 80% of the role will be dedicated to Youth Ministry (6th-12th grade), and 20% will be focused on Outreach Ministry. The Associate Pastor of Youth will work closely with parents, volunteers, and ministry teams to create a Christ-centered environment that fosters growth, discipleship, and strong relationships with both youth and families. We have just finished a building project and moved into our new family life center in August of 2025.
