Eastmont Baptist Church is seeking an Associate Pastor to lead our worship ministry and support church administration. This role oversees congregational worship, mentors musicians and volunteers, manages administrative operations, and collaborates with the pastoral team to advance the church’s gospel-centered mission.

Qualifications:

• Alignment with 1 Timothy 3:1-7 and Titus 1:5-9, including proven ability to teach and preach

• Ordained, licensed, or eligible for ordination

• Bachelor’s in Ministry, Theology, Worship Arts, or related field preferred; M.Div. preferred

• 2+ years in worship leadership and/or church administration

• Strong biblical knowledge, teaching ability, and organizational skills

• Strong musical skills and giftings

Responsibilities:

• Lead and plan congregational worship services

• Oversee church office operations and staff coordination

• Mentor and train volunteers

• Preach, teach, and provide pastoral care as assigned

Compensation & Benefits:

• Salary: $60,000–$65,000 plus housing allowance
