Eastmont Baptist Church is seeking a full-time Associate Pastor – Evangelism & Youth Ministries to lead the church's outreach, evangelism, discipleship, and youth ministries. This role works closely with the Lead Pastor and pastoral team to equip the congregation for personal evangelism, develop discipleship pathways across all ages, and shepherd middle and high school students. The Associate Pastor will also provide preaching, teaching, pastoral care, and leadership support in advancing the church's gospel-centered mission. The ideal candidate is ordained or eligible for ordination, aligned with 1 Timothy 3:1–7 and Titus 1:5–9, and experienced in evangelism, discipleship, and youth ministry.

Responsibilities:

• Develop and implement evangelistic strategies to reach the local community
• Plan and lead outreach events, service projects, and mission opportunities
• Equip and train church members for personal evangelism and discipleship
• Develop and oversee discipleship programs and small-group leadership
• Lead and oversee middle school and high school youth ministries
• Recruit, train, and support volunteer leaders for youth and discipleship ministries
• Preach, teach, and provide pastoral care as assigned
• Collaborate with pastoral staff to implement church vision and mission

Qualifications:

• Ordained, licensed, or eligible for ordination
• Alignment with 1 Timothy 3:1–7 and Titus 1:5–9, including demonstrated ability to teach and disciple
• Bachelor's degree in Ministry, Theology, or related field preferred; M.Div. preferred
• Minimum 2 years of ministry experience in evangelism, discipleship, youth, or family ministry
• Strong biblical knowledge, teaching ability, and pastoral instincts
• Proven ability to recruit, train, and lead volunteers
• Strong communication, organizational, and relational skills

Compensation & Benefits:

• Salary: $60,000-$65,000, depending on qualifications
