Associate Pastor – Minister of Youth

Immanuel Baptist Church of Vicksburg, Mississippi, is actively searching for a full-time Associate Pastor – Minister of Youth. IBC is a rural conservative Southern Baptist Church right outside the city limits of Vicksburg.

Our ministry goals are to reach out to and bring the word of God and the plan of salvation to as many people as possible in our community and to spiritual development individuals and families within our community.

We are seeking an individual who can work alongside our Lead Pastor, and who will spread the word of God throughout our community to attract and retain members, as well as help build our youth program for the glory of God.

The Minister of Youth would be responsible for developing and implementing a comprehensive youth program, including planning, coordinating, and conducting activities, programs, retreats, and outings for the growth of our youth.

The Associate Pastor will work under the leadership and guidance of the Pastor and assist the Pastor in all facets of the ministry. He shall be available to the Pastor, staff, deacon body, leaders, teachers, and congregation to further the Kingdom of God.
