New River Baptist Association in Jacksonville, NC, is prayerfully seeking a full-time Associational Mission Strategist to serve as the chief administrative officer and spiritual leader, providing vision, guidance, and encouragement to member churches and ministries as they advance the mission of Christ in their communities. The ideal candidate will demonstrate a clear call to ministry, commitment to Southern Baptist doctrine, proven leadership and administrative experience, and strong interpersonal, communication, and organizational skills. Key responsibilities include collaborating with staff and elected leaders, supervising personnel, advising member churches, and helping develop new mission partnerships, churches, and mission points.
