Bi-vocational Student Minister Position

Bethlehem Baptist of Springfield, TN is currently seeking our next student minister. We are seeking someone that is passionate about Jesus and is intentional about being invested in the lives of students. Our next student minister should display a proficiency in biblical teaching, administrative skills, sufficient time management skills, and works well with a team. Weekly hours are flexible, but the position requires the student minister to be present on Sunday mornings, Wednesday evenings, and all other scheduled events both within and outside of our church family as a representative of the student ministry as deemed necessary.

This position is a great opportunity for those who sense a call to ministry, has a desire for students to know and grow with Jesus, and has a desire to be discipled under the tutelage of a senior pastor.

Job Type: Bi-vocational (part time)

Pay Range: $20,000 (annual)
