Job Description

Core Responsibilities

  • Ministry Leadership: Lead Christ-centered biblical teaching, worship, and small group sessions.

  • Discipleship: Provide intentional faith formation and discipleship for both children and parents.

  • Team Development: Recruit, equip, and develop teachers and volunteers using a team-based ministry model.

  • Administration: Oversee and manage all aspects of the children's ministry in alignment with the church's vision.

Qualifications

  • Education: Graduate of a Christian college or a current/graduated seminary student (e.g., B.A., M.Div., M.A. in Christian Education).

  • Spiritual Standing: A born-again Christian with a mature relationship with Jesus Christ.

  • Language: Ability to minister effectively in English or bilingually (English/Korean).

  • Theological Alignment: Committed to the authority of Scripture and aligned with Hebron's Presbyterian theology and vision
