Bethlehem Baptist Church of Newnan GA. is seeking a part-time Children's Minister that will provide strong Christian leadership to the Children's Ministry through Christ-centered love, teaching, and encouragement. This role includes the responsibility for planning and leading programs for children Pre K – 5th grade.

This position oversees the planning and implementation of age-appropriate programs for children in the BBC children's department, including Sunday School, midweek children's program, special events, and other children's ministry opportunities. The Children's Minister will work to encourage spiritual growth and unity to establish a firm foundation for a life-long relationship with Jesus.

Qualifications include:

A clear testimony of faith in Jesus Christ with a humble and teachable spirit

Be knowledgeable of basic Baptist Doctrine and agreement with the Baptist Faith & Message 2000

The ability to work effectively with children, staff, volunteers, parents, and church members

Familiar with church ministry, particularly children's ministry

Must possess strong personal, leadership, and communication skills
