What You Bring

• A heart fully surrendered to Jesus Christ and in agreement with the Baptist Faith and Message (2000).
• A consistent walk with the Lord and active membership at Green Street Baptist Church.
• Strong leadership, organizational, and people skills.
• Proficiency with technology and communication tools (Microsoft Office, projection software, social media, etc.).
• Bachelor's degree and 5+ years of ministry experience.

Job Description

What You'll Do

• Lead with purpose — Provide spiritual, administrative, and visionary leadership for all children's ministry programs and volunteers.
• Equip and empower — Develop leaders and volunteers through training, mentoring, and encouragement.
• Partner with families — Support parents as the primary spiritual influencers through discipleship classes, resources, and events.
• Inspire growth — Build biblically grounded, age-appropriate discipleship experiences that nurture spiritual maturity.
• Champion creativity — Oversee vibrant ministries such as VBS, camps, and seasonal outreach that reach children and families in our community.
• Strengthen the foundation — Manage the ministry calendar, budget, and facilities with excellence and stewardship.
• Cultivate connection — Build bridges between the church, the High Point community, and the Green Street ministry of HPCA.
