The Director of Children's Ministries for Kingman First SBC (the "Church") represents the Church in public and personal life and should align with the biblical standards set forth. The Children's Director shall be a person who is born again of the Spirit and can effectively model and communicate to children (nursery to fifth grade) Christian life and conduct, theology and the gospel of Jesus Christ appropriate to each age group.
