• Prepares church planters for a lifetime of flourishing in pastoral ministry.
• Full-time pastoral employment for the resident with additional fund-raising goals built in as part of the training process.
• A theology of faith, work, and economics.
• Two-year pastoral immersion in the life of Redemption City Church.
• Mentoring, coaching, and networking.
• Acts 29 Assessment.
• The capstone project is a Church Planting Proposal.
• The goal is to send the resident out to plant a new church
